Muffins are a very delightful accompaniment with tea or can be eaten as a snack.
There are many different options to flavor your muffins and it all depends on one's taste and availability of ingredients.
Apples are fruits that are easily available in local markets and they are affordable, having an apple in muffins makes a very fresh yet crispy explosion in your muffin with every bite, not to mention u get to integrate a fruit in your breakfast or while snacking.

  1. Take a bowl where you will mix the dry ingredients, add in; flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for a minute then set aside to cool
  3. In a separate bowl add the milk, vanilla extract, sugar, eggs and whisk together, take the melted butter and gradually add it into the mixture as you keep on whisking.
  4. Take an apple and chop it into small cubes then add into the liquid mixture
  5. Add the liquid mixture into the flour mixture in a folding manner, consistently till a nice thick paste is formed
  6. Preheat the oven @250 degrees
  7. Grease your baking tray with oil
  8. Pour your mixture into the muffin baking tray and bake for 20 mins.
