  1. Get your butter and melt in a pan as you add the onions , cook for 1 min.
  2. Add the ground spices and cook for 30 secs as you stir.
  3. Add the tomatoes, eggs, and yogurt, then cook, stirring, for about 4 mins until scrambled. Season to taste.
  4. Spoon one-quarter of the mixture onto one-quarter of a warmed chapati.
  5. Take one side of the chapati, fold into half, then half it again to make a triangle.
  6. Repeat with the remaining mixture and chapatis. Serve immediately, garnished with a little of the coriander.
