Chapati Quesadilla is the best way to utilize leftover chapati and make an amazing snack out of it.
This vegan Quesadilla requires no oil or cooking as it uses ready to eat vegetables.
This recipe is healthy, delicious and easy to make but it requires instant consumption as it has no shelf life because of using avocado.
Allium Cepa is a white onion that is are sweeter in taste and is mostly used in salads as they taste better eaten raw.

  1. Clean all your ingredients with plenty of water.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, cut the onions and lettuce and set aside
  3. Cut the avocados into half and cut out medium size dices, add them with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Sprinkle salt to taste and mix all the ingredients together
  5. Take out the chapati and plate them, take 2 spoons full of the vegetable filling and place them onto the chapati
  6. Garnish with the sauce of your choice and fold the chapati into two.
  7. Serve with the drink of your choice and enjoy.
