  1. MARINADE
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients: vinegar, oil, brown sugar, garlic, basil and salt in a mixing bowl, then whisk altogether.
  3. CHICKEN
  4. Take a wide bowl, add in the chicken pieces, sprinkle 4 tbsp of the marinade evenly till coated. Save the rest of the marinade for dressing.
  5. In a skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat. Grill the meat on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool. Cut into strips.
  6. SALAD
  7. Prepare the salad ingredients in a bowl; lettuce, avocado slices, tomatoes, cheese balls.
  8. Add in your chicken pieces, then top it off with basil leaves and the rest of the dressing. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  9. It is ready.
