Making banana fritters, it's the tastiest way to enjoy over riped bananas as a tatsy and full of texture snack. Here, you don't have to use condensed milk, but if you have it, get the other version of the fritters on the platform. Enjoy

Ingredients

Kitchen Wares

Directions

  1. In two separate bowls, mix your dry ingredients aside, then add to the wet ingredients. To ensure consistency and smooth batter. We also don't want it runny.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, vanilla essence, then separately whisk flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, mixed spice, salt, and sugar. Gradually combine the two and ensure well blended together. Don't overmix the paste.
  3. Warm-up oil in a frying pan, for at least 5 mins, now you can pour the paste with a spoon one by one in the pan as they come together and fry. Turn once it turns golden brown, about 3 mins each side. Fry over medium heat.
  4. Place on a napkin to suck the oil from the fritters then they are ready to eat.
