  1. Heat oil in a pan, then add your onions and Dhania stalks, cooked till browned.
  2. Add in your tomatoes, cover and simmer and cook in low heat till tender, add your spices and tomato paste. Stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add your black beans, stir well cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add 1 and 1/2 cup water, adjust salt to your liking, cover and let it boil for 10 minutes in low heat.
  5. Add your grated carrots, stir and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and garnish with Dania.
  7. Serve while hot with chapati or rice.
  8. Enjoy
