This recipe with a curry sauce is creamy, rich in flavor and delicious! It is best served with rice, Chapo, spaghetti or even ugali.

  1. Add salt, pepper, tandoori paste, paprika, garam masala, and greek yoghurt to a small mixing bowl and use a whisk to combine then add yoghurt to the spices and whisk to combine. This makes the marinade.
  2. Use a knife to cut the chicken breast into medium sized chunky pieces then use a pastry brush to coat the chicken with the marinade
  3. Add the cooking oil to a fry pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic then pour tomato puree into the oil and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes then turn the heat off, pour the cream in and stir to combine
