- Continuously stirring, you'll notice a brown colour in them. Stir for about 5 mins. Pour some water to give it a bit of sauce in the bottom. Keep at it for 10 mins.
- Add in some wine or brandy to add flavour. Also, ain't that a little fancy. They should be ready to serve.
