Cinnamon Pancakes

Pancakes are sweet and easy to make. They can be made according to the size you desire, thin or a bit puffy and they can be eaten for breakfast or at any time as a snack.

  1. In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, Cinnamon and mix
  2. Add the milk and eggs then whisk till a smooth thick paste is formed
  3. Heat the pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of butter, scoop a ladle of the pancake paste and cook on medium heat, add 1/2 tbsp of butter when flipping to cook the other side of the pancake.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Plate them on top of each other and finish with adding syrup of your choice or honey.
  6. Enjoy
