You can use any meaty pieces of chicken. For these recipes, you would want to stick to these ingredients, use at least the a majority of them to achieve the desired taste.
Let's get to it.

Ingredients

Kitchen Wares

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces for an hour or overnight. For the marinade, rub the spices: paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, rosemary all powder, mixed aside, on the skin of your chicken. Do this for both sides then cover with a wrap and let it settle.
  2. We prepare our potatoes now, use whichever kind of potatoes you have. Cut them into big quarter chunks, that means only twice. We need them in apple sizes.
  3. Get them on a baking tray, spread them, and sprinkle oil all over very well. Season with salt and pepper. Toss them to combine then we bake them until half cooked. Set your oven to 204°C for 30mins and place them to bake. We don't want to bake raw potatoes with our chicken, they'll end up undercooked or overcooked.
  4. The chicken should be done, next thing we fry them on a pan. Add some oil and place the skin side down and let them fry for 3 mins both sides. Do this for all the pieces. We want a rich flavor and color they will have after this.
  5. Set them aside, on the same pan with juices, saute spinach, season with salt and pepper, cook until crunchy or as desired. Don't overcook these for better taste. Set them aside.
  6. We prepare our creamy sauce next, melt butter, combine with some minced garlic until cooked. Add in flour to thicken our sauce. Stir for a minute. I hope you have some leftover chicken broth, add it in as you stir. This should be looking combined well thickened.
  7. We add in whole milk, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and chicken cube crushed inside, fresh parsley leaves, and basil to get the flavor we need. Mix all through very well until cheese is melted and it turns creamy. Cook for a 1minute.
  8. Don't forget the potatoes we were baking, on the same tray, place the chicken pieces on top of the potatoes, arrange them well. Place your spinach in between the spaces, you know see why we didn't want to overcook, pour the cream all over the chicken and around.
  9. We bake for 204°C/400F for 40 mins until chicken is cooked.
  10. You just made an incredible, delicious creamy chicken in potatoes and spinach. You have got to at least show me when you try this. Bless up your family with this meal again. Enjoy!
