This can be done on rice from a previous serving as opposed to cooking rice and can be eaten as an entire dish.

  1. Boil the rice in 1 cup of water for about 10 minutes, then serve in a large bowl.
  2. Chop the onions into thin rings and beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  3. Mix the eggs and the rice making sure that all parts of the rice are wet.
  4. Fry the onions in a shallow pan until they are brown, then add the rice and stir for about 3 minutes before adding the oyster sauce and pepper, then keep stir-frying for another 5 minutes until the eggs are fully ready.
