Hash browns are just a food trick to crispy and fluffy snacks. Have them with any desired sauce or ketchup and enjoy the goodness.

  1. Take your grater and shred the potatoes. Rinse them on a sieve with cold water to remove extra starch and make them crispy.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, go in with the flour, cheese, egg, onion, garlic, coriander, salt, red chilli powder or paprika if preferred and black pepper. Mix roughly until combined.
  3. Place a frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, when hot, place your thick paste and spread to desired layer and shape.
  4. Cook for about 4mins then flip sides. You can cook 3-4 depending on the size of the pan.
  5. When all of them are ready, place on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
