  1. Heat up a pan and add some cooking oil with the garlic, onion, and lemongrass. After a few minutes or when fragrant, pour it into a separate bowl.
  2. Steam the pork mince adding the salt until almost cooked (at this stage you need to consistently check and stir the pork to ensure it doesn’t stick). Add the lemongrass mixture back in and stir.
  3. When the pork mince is cooked, toss in the spring onions and stir for another minute then serve.
