These puffy coffee brownies are awesome, you can give yourself a treat at the comfort of your home. I believe I'm not the only one who gets to the kitchen when their head is all full. Serve with chocolate ice cream as topping and chocolate syrup •_•

Ingredients

Kitchen Wares

Directions

  1. First set the oven, preheat to 175°C. Line your cupcake liners in the tray. Alternatively, oil the cupcake tin.
  2. Mix in first the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, baking soda, instant coffee. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla.
  3. Add in the liquid ingredients to the dry gradually in portions as you add mala or milk with vinegar. Do this until all your mala and liquid mix is finished.
  4. Into the tins, spoon the creamy paste halfway full. Bake for around 15mins. Check on them gradually so as not to burn. Get them out of the oven so as to cool off. Remove them from the tin later.
