Its as simple as it sounds, bread pizza. More like calling it loaded bread. Very simple to make, the toppings are purely as you desire. Any type of bread is totally fjne for ghis recipe. For simple white bread, use a one day old bread. Rather slightly toast both sides lightly then use.   1. Take a glass small bowl, add in onions, bell peppers, and sprinkle in your seasonings; black pepper, salt and red pepper flakes. Mix together the contents.
  2. We will be using am oven or pan or microwave. To use these, for oven, 180°C or 350F for 15 mins, for pan, place the bread, use foil, under very low heat, cover the pan for microwave, well until your cheese is melted.
  3. Take a baking sheet, lay it down your tray. Take 2 bread slices, spread the bottom part with margarine or butter. Lay it separately on the tray. Spread a little bit more on top, just to cover lightly and prevent sogginess. From here its just adding the toppings to it.
  4. On top of the bread, spread tomato sauce, now here is the tricky part, use pizza sauce, pasta sauce, add onions and bell pepper mixture generously, spread evenly, add sausages thinly sliced diagonally, add mozzarella shredded on top until it covers the bigger (preheat cheese for 10sec, to reduce time it melts). Sprinkle dried parsley or some oregano for more savory taste.
  5. Bake in the oven, using a pan or microwave. The goal is to bake until cheese is melted. Carefully take it off once cooked as its prone to break, we don't want that. Its ready and enjoy!
