This spicy vegetable crepe stands as a thin pancake. It is full of spices and absolutely healthy. Make about 10 slides, use guacamole or leftover meat stew as your filling and have a full meal.

  1. Take a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, onion, tomato, carrot, capsicums, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, mint, eggs, milk. Whisk all the ingredients together without adding water. Make your paste smooth and ready to cook.
  2. Put an iron skillet under medium heat, add oil and spread evenly with an oil brush. Add the paste with a 1/4 measuring cup. Cook until golden brown then turn to cook the other side.
  3. Do this for all the paste and make your delicious vegetable crepes, spicy and hot. Serve when it has cooled down.
