Spinach is an easy vegetable to get around. From a skilled chef ,it should probably take you less that 5 mins to get your vegetable done. If you have baby spinach with you ,you are ready to start, If you have spinach with big branches ,cut them off and chop the leaves into bite-size pieces. Wash your spinach and clear out all the water so as not to be soggy when you cook.

  1. Set your pan under high heat and add vegetable oil. Swirl until it spreads all over the pan.
  2. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant for around 15 seconds, prevent it from sticking to the pan.
  3. All at once ,go in with the spinach, swirl until it mixes with the garlic and coated with oil evenly.
  4. Keep on stirring for a minute until the edges wilt and it reduces in size. Sprinkle salt and sugar and mix them altogether.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
