Sweet and spicy buffalo wings

Buffalo Wings are different from Chicken wings in that they do not comprise of the chicken wings tip
Only the upper part of the chicken is eaten.
It is best to marinate the chicken 2 -3hours before cooking or overnight.

  1. In a large bowl, place the buffalo wings.
  2. In a separate small bowl break the egg and whisk then pour it onto the buffalo wings.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, finely chopped Dhania, lemon juice, Chilli, Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well all the ingredients and set aside to marinate.
  5. Heat about 1ltr -1 1/2ltrs of oil in a large frying pan and meanwhile, In a large bowl add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, honey, and Black Pepper.
  6. Take out the marinated buffalo wings and in the hot oil deep-fry till Golden Brown.
  7. Remove from heat and using a paper towel dry excess oil.
  8. In a non-stick pan add the sauce mixture and simmer till bubbles appear then add the buffalo wings and coat them with the sauce
  9. Plate the buffalo wings and garnish with Dhania
  10. Eat while hot
