With Know-how of how to cook ORDINARY rice, prepare an enough portion of it and set aside.

As per the availability of Vegetables and the choice of your preference of Vegie combination, always Slice/Chop separately into very small sizes/cubes like the size of Garden Peas(Minji!!!!)

You can choose as much combination as you like that makes the Rice even more colorful BUT remember too much of something is..

About the Garden Peas a.k.a. "Minji"
Precook the peas first if you're going to use them by boiling them in salted water till well cooked, drain and cool down.

If You're using Tomatoes, chop off the skin flesh and dice them. Spare the middle juicy parts with the seeds and save it for stews.
Btw, even Omelettes made with tomatoes are made this way; but I won’t tell if you don’t ask.
This is because we do not need this typa meal to be soggy so that Lil red thing utaitumia kwa stews, sawa?
Moreover baby, add them last to avoid smashing cause you din overcook & overmix it.

Sumthin about them CARROTS
If using chopped carrots, start the cooking process by frying them with onions first before adding the other vegetables
to increase its cooking process and soften them a bit and not to become too crunchy.
We want the right kinda crunch mtu wangu!

A dash of Light Soy Sauce is the Secret Ingredient, do not tell nobody

  1. On a skillet/frying pan, in a Medium-High heat, please please please please @$$pleasemebabyprettyplease aki, please???? pour in some cooking oil
  2. Saute the onions (this means to fry kidogo tu)
  3. Add yo choice of vegies and toss them on the pan(in this case. Perhaps try out the following combos, ⓐCarrots × Peas ⓑ All coloured peppers ⓒ Bacon × Mushrooms
  4. After 20-30 seconds, Season them veggies with spices kidogo like Salt, either Black or White Pepper, Garlic, Royco, Pili pili, Coriander
  5. After Richie Spice zimeshika, add a dash of Light Soy Sauce. ♠☆FYI★♤
  6. If you only have Dark Soy Sauce, Weka Weka Mdogo Mdogo ; Just a little less than you would have if using Light Soy Sauce. Other alternatives are Oyster Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Barbecue Sauce kidogo bana!
  7. Note you cannot use all these sauces but if you stubbornly must, keep a minimum of Two!
  8. BONUS: Taste to confirm the aroma and it should be well seasoned/slightly salty, but that is okay.
  9. Switch off yo cooker and add that mixture to yo rice with this formula: half of it mix with a fork spatula, then + the other half and mix.
  10. Be careful not to overmix and once you see a beautiful colour on the now transformed rice, STOP❗⛔
  11. For remarkable presentation purposes, get a nice flat plate. Get also a smaller bowl/mug/whatever and line it with some butter/cooking oil (yaani msee, smear it inside with oil kidogo)
  12. Fill it well with yo fried rice inside and pop it on yo nice plate at the centre.
  13. Liftoff that small bowl that you used slowly. Discover that the oil which you smeared did 3 Important Jobs 1 it prevented that Fried Rice from sticking,2 it gave it its shape and 3 a shiny exterior yoow
  14. Garnish/Decor with Dhania if you wish. Marvel at what you have accomplished jo
  15. Share the Delicacy with someone who you cherish
