The secret to runny eggs is a really simple, 7-minute cooking procedure, so let's get it done.
Get a nonstick skillet with a lid, a non-metallic stirring spoon, 2 eggs or as desired, oil, salt and pepper, and 4 tbsp of water.
Over medium heat, heat oil for 10 secs, beat eggs carefully, sunny side up. The egg whites should have reacted on heat immediately. Sprinkle your seasonings, on the side where eggs have not covered the pan, add water. Cover with a lid and leave for 4 minutes. This allows the eggs to cook from the inside with the steam. Probably reduce heat to get it slow-cooked but 4 mins is enough.
